Transactional Lawyer
NARIT & Associates is a Bangkok-based international law firm serving both Thai and foreign companies in the areas of corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, tax planning, real estate & construction, employment, and commercial disputes. Our clients range from Thailand-based publicly held companies to Thai subsidiaries of multinational corporations as well as overseas based companies. We aim to provide the clients with the legal services at premium quality and professionalism.
The firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and result oriented new graduate/lawyer to join its legal team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Laws Degree or Master of Laws Degree.
• 0 - 5 years of experience.
• Excellent command of English, both writing and reading, is required.
• Computer literacy.
• Male/ Female, Thai nationality.
The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work in non-trial work environments. He or she will be trained and expected to conduct legal research, draft legal opinions, review or draft commercial agreements, handle the real estate transactions at land registration offices and the corporate registration and do other aspects of a transactional attorney. This opening is a great opportunity for new graduates/lawyers with interest in the career path of becoming a transactional lawyer.
