The firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and result oriented new graduate/lawyer to join its legal team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master of Laws Degree.
• 0 - 5 years of experience.
• Excellent command of English, both writing and reading, is required.
• Computer literacy.
• Male/ Female, Thai nationality.
The successful candidate will have the opportunities to work in both trial and non-trial work environments. He or she will be trained and expected to conduct legal research, draft legal opinions, prepare and file lawsuits, answers, motions and declarations to court, review or draft commercial agreements, handle the real estate transactions at land registration offices and the corporate registration and do other aspects of a transactional/trial attorney. This opening is a great opportunity for new graduates/lawyers with interest in the career path of becoming a transactional/trial lawyer.
