Quasi-contract
(Implied-in-law contracts, referred to as quasi-contracts, are not true contracts. LITIGATION
Substantive law: Substantive law defines the rights and duties of citizens and is the result of legislation action or judicial action. กฎหมายสารบัญญัติหมายถึงสิทธิและหน้าที่ของประชาชน และเป็นผลมาจากการออกกฎหมายหรืออรรถคดีในศาล
Procedural law specifies the method and means by which the substantive law is made, enforced, and administered. กฎหมายวิธีสบัญญัติกำหนดวิธีและทางปฏิบัติของกฎหมายสารบัญญัติในการตรากฎหมาย บังคับใช้และกำกับดูแล
